EVENT RENTALS
Gallery in the Park is available for corporate events and private rentals including:
meetings
special events
entertaining clients and visiting dignitaries
In the open season, daytime rentals are limited to Mondays from 9:00AM-11:00PM, or any weekday evening, 6:00-11:00pm. In the off season, rentals can be arranged on any day of the week. Rental options include:
Outdoor Gallery Rental (Outdoor Patio Space Only)
(up to a maximum of 120 people)
Includes exclusive use of patio space (any additional seating, washroom facilities must be supplied by the renter if outside of Gallery open hours)Renter is responsible for clean-up, garbage disposal, etc.
$150.00 rental fee (per day)
Indoor Gallery Rental (Entire Gallery)
(up to a maximum of 62 people)
Includes tables and chairs (main floor only), use of kitchen facilities, and indoor restroom facilitiesRenter is responsible for clean-up, garbage disposal, etc
$150.00 rental fee (per day)
Full Facility Rental (Entire Gallery and Sculpture Garden)
(up to a maximum of 120 people)
Includes tables and chairs (indoor main floor only), use of kitchen facilities, and indoor restroom facilitiesRenter is responsible for clean-up, garbage disposal, etc
$300.00 rental fee (per day)
