FACILITY RENTALS

EVENT RENTALS

Gallery in the Park is available for corporate events and private rentals including:

  • meetings

  • special events

  • entertaining clients and visiting dignitaries

In the open season, daytime rentals are limited to Mondays from 9:00AM-11:00PM, or any weekday evening, 6:00-11:00pm. In the offseason, rentals can be arranged on any day of the week. Rental options include:

  • Outdoor Gallery Rental (Outdoor Space Only)
    (up to a maximum of 120 people)
    Includes exclusive use of patio space and sculpture garden (any additional seating, washroom facilities must be supplied by the renter if outside of Gallery open hours)

    Renter is responsible for clean-up, garbage disposal, etc.

    $125.00 rental fee

  • Indoor Gallery Rental (Main Floor Only)
    (up to a maximum of 32 people)
    Includes tables and chairs, use of kitchen facilities, and indoor restroom facilities

    Renter is responsible for clean-up, garbage removal, etc

    $225.00 rental fee

  • Indoor Gallery Rental  (Entire Gallery)
    (up to a maximum of 62 people)
    Includes tables and chairs (main floor only), use of kitchen facilities, and indoor restroom facilities

    Renter is responsible for clean-up, garbage disposal, etc

    $275.00 rental fee

  • Full Facility Rental (Entire Gallery and Sculpture Garden)
    (up to a maximum of 120 people)
    Includes tables and chairs (indoor main floor only), use of kitchen facilities, and indoor restroom facilities

    Renter is responsible for clean-up, garbage disposal, etc

    $400.00 rental fee
